How much does each service cost?
Live Chat costs 1 credit per minute.
Video Chat costs 4 credits per minute.

You can find the option for Video Chats on members profiles for those who are online with camera.
Camshare costs 5 credits per minute.
-During Camshare, you can see the member, and they can see you as well - unless you turn off your videostream by clicking the Green camera button in the Camshare window.

You can find the option for Camshare on a member's profile photo on the homepage, and in their profile.
1 Offline Message costs 6 credits, you can use this service when your member isnt online, and you can write as long as a message as you like.
How can I change information on my account ?
To change any personal information on your account, for example your phone number, e-mail address or password, click on Account settings Icon on your Profile, click "Email and Password", make the changes and click Save.
How can I edit my profile?
Simply, click on the "Profile", input the information you want members to see and select the Save option.
Some of the supplementary fields in your profile are not immediately apparent to site members (such as your phone number, and email ).
What is the Chatbox department on my profile?
The "Chatbox" department on your profile is a place where you keep up with the members you communicate with in one place. Each member that you chat to or correspond is added to your Chat list.
How to have a Camshare + Live Chat simultaneously?
In order to do this, you must open 2 different tabs for our site. One tab where you will use Camshare with one member, and the other tab where you will use Live Chat with one or more members simultaneously. For example, if you select Live Chat with a member, during an active Camshare with another member, the site will automatically open a second tab for you.
How many Camshares can I have at the same time?
For now, we can allow only 1 Camshare at a time. To open another Camshare with another member, you must first end the previous Camshare.
What is the LikeMe button on my profile?
LikeMe is a way to "swipe through" profiles on the site, those who you Like will appear in your Likes list on the Menu. You will have these profiles saved. If the same profile Liked you as well- they will appear as a match!
What is Live Dates?
Live Dates is a service we offer to our members where Clients are able to book a date in real life, with a member they choose. In order to book you must visit the members profile and select Live Dates. the payment must be made outside of site credits via Paypal or credit/debit card.
Important: the female member must give consent prior to that to our email livedates@lovefromeurope.com
What is a Confirmed Profile?
When we possess a member's passport/identification in our database, we can affix the label Verified Profile to their Lovefromeurope profile. Alongside scrutinizing their document particulars, we evaluate all prospective members by conducting an initial video interview.

How can I pay?
A payment can be made with credit, debit or prepaid debit card.

How can I delete my profile?

How do I report abuse on site?

-complaints related to communication outside of our site.
-complaints related to live chat, video chat, or offline messages that were realised
more than 7 days before you decided to complain.
-complaints on members who are deactivated

If you can't log in to your profile, you can try these tips, at first:
-check again that you are using the correct details: your login and your password.
-once you have typed in the correct details, click the "Sign In" .
-check that the "CAPS LOCK" button is turned off on your computer.

Why can't the members see me in the Camshare?
If your camera is set properly, one of the reasons for the problems with the signal from your camera is that there is another program on your computer or phone already using your webcam while you are trying to use Camshare on this site. Please, close down all other programs apart from your browser and see if that helps.

How to add members to Favorites?
Favorites is a helpful way to save and quickly find profiles you are most interested in. Simply select the Favorites on the top of your profile, add the "favorite" icon which is located next to every member's profile and she will be saved in your Favorites list.
